My Jan interview is with Jeff Galloway at www.garycohenrunning.com/Interviews/Galloway.aspx Jeff discusses his 1972 Olympic experience in Munich, Germany, 1972 Olympic Trials 10,000 meters and marathon, representing the USA internationally, training mileage and long runs, doing 40 x 440 yards barefoot, running at Wesleyan with Amby Burfoot and Bill Rodgers, his running turning point in high school, how he started running and much more. He then talks about his coaching, run-walk-run method to complete marathons successfully and ‘Inside Stuff’ like 'Running Heroes' and his ‘First Cars’ in his most in-depth interview ever. Jeff was gracious to spend two and a half hours on the telephone with me.
