I'll add this to Kevin's posting, for anyone who wants to help: Hi Dave, Ed Mullaney gave me your contact information and told me you’d be able to help me out. My name is Jerrica and I am the assistant race director for a road race called the Ragnar Relay Washington D.C. I work for a company based out of Utah called Ragnar Events. We run the largest relay series in the world with our Utah relay (the Wasatch Back) being the largest relay race in the world with over 1,000 teams. I am looking for people who can help us out with our race in various areas between Cumberland and National Harbor. The dates of the race are September 24-25. Do you happen to know of any groups that would be willing to volunteer for us? In former years, we have had groups such as the Boy Scouts, church organizations, or high schools volunteer, possibly for credit towards their pack or individual goals. We are also willing to hire out and pay people to work these positions. The positions that we need need filled can be viewed here: www.ragnarrelay.com/race/dc/volunteer_shifts/38Please let me know as soon as possible if you will be able to help. I appreciate your time.
