NASA approved and Suni Williams gives a great interview dealing with the intertwining of her career as an Astronaut with her marathon running at www.garycohenrunning.com in the 'Interviews' section. Click on Suni's picture. Suni discusses topics including running on a treadmill in zero gravity, the major difference in her marathon pace on earth versus in space, racing the Boston Marathon on the International Space Station, recovery from over six months in space, her first Boston Marathon as a high school 'bandit' and future goals. She also chats about her worst running moment, favorite beverages and other 'Inside Stuff.' Suni hasn't given many interviews to the running publications lately due to her busy schedule as Deputy Chief of the Astronaut Office. Enjoy!
