It is only two weeks after Boston, so it would be a "no" from me and probably the other guys, although Jim Jordan has a history of running Boston and two weeks later running at Frederick!

I ran in the Twilight 5k Saturday evening and finished with a time of 24:01. I placed 3rd in my age group and was the 15th female overall. I was a bit surprised.

What were you surprised by? The 5k time sounds about right based on your 10k from a couple of weeks ago.

I was surpised that I placed in my age group and that I was 15th overall out of a field of 359 women. I was very pleased with my time also... haven't run that pace in a race since high school. But I also haven't run many 5Ks in recent years.

Just takes 3-6 days a month on the track or between telephone poles, kw. Good job.
