making the drive home august 3rd from the deep south for the last time.
Will everyone be around on the 4th for a run? sounds like things are picking up in the land of Cumber.
Jaron is traveling to races? Dennis how's the injury? Rob still hammering? Dan... how is summer training going? let me know
hope all is well. Can't wait to catch up with everyone.

Jordan,
Good to hear from you. I hope all is well. I'm getting the knee scoped this Friday the 27th. The doc suspects a torn meniscus. Hopefully after this I'll be able to start back at it soon. Look me up when you're in town I'd like to talk to you. I' haven't run with the guys but from the sounds of things there all doing great.

get that knee healthy Dennis! Hopefully I'll have you to run with while you recover while the fast guys stay ahead....at least for 2 weeks until you're back with the fast guys anyway.

I'll be back in town soon and I know the fast guys will be out of my league so you'll have someone else to run with.
I'll be in Cumberland this Thursday night until mid next week, and then permanently in mid August.

Hey Jordan:: Great to hear from you.. Yes indeed, hammering hard these days. I have to get past the 3:00:00 marathon time. 2:55:00 is the next goal.
This summer is distance and tempo. Many of the training runs are in the 6:40 pace and below. Dan, Woody, Mertz, Jaron, and Jeremy have turned the tempo up on the runs. Most of runs have negative splits. Jaron and Dan have taken us on crazy hill runs.
Jeremy and Jaron are already tipping the scales at 100 mile weeks. I broke 80 last week. Woody and Mertz have been doing big mileage as well but I'm not sure the numbers.

if you don't break 3:00:00 on the next one, there will be something definitely wrong. You're running great, especially on the long runs
