Like Dan said this board is fun, so i think i will start posting my weekly mileage when i get time:
Monday: 7 easy, nice after sundays long run and the race Tuesday:7x1000 m repeats with equal rest; 312,312, 312, 306,307,306,304 nice workout, felt strong Wednesday:10 miles in 62 with Ricky, tired but relaxed Thursday:Four mile time trial, 20:34, a huge surprise, felt really tired from last few days, thought i was going like 5 30 pace, but a very nice run Friday:10 miles in 62:32,with Ricky very tired Saturday:10x2 minutes on, one off, very tired, It could be though that i thought Ricky was doing the workout to pace me, but it turns out that he was doing 15 of his own, My dumbass went out with him and died after 4, so not a bad workout since i have an excuse,lol Sunday: long run with ricky 13 miles in 86 minutes, felt surprisingly good Total:64 miles
So i dont know if anyone cares but if anyone wants to post there weekly mileage i will read it

Scott,
That is a great 4 mile time trial. That means you are easily in sub 16 5k shape. Where was your time trial? On the track, road, xc course?

I agree, it's great to have a board with just Cumberland area rooted runners, no nonesense, freindly conversation and information with no idiots "pwning" or whatever "newbies" or whatever stupid terms are used.

That looks like a solid week for a college runner. You'll be surprised at the adaptation you will go through the next year, the paces will feel easy and the recoveries long after a while. There will be tough weeks where you will think you can never do it, but you'll come out a stonger runner in the end.

Jaron it was on the road with hills, It was kinda like mainstreet, So it was like running up mainstreet and back down
