yesterday lehigh xc did negative split on the canal along the lehigh river- we did 25 minutes out at about 6:50 pace and then back at about 5:40 pace- we made it home in 19:40- i dont know if the math works out for that or not- but it felt really fast
today we are doing 12 miles i think, just a run, but nothing too special
did anyone do anything really remarkable lately in terms of good training runs or workouts? any good ones coming up anytime soon?

i just did 7x1000 meters, 3:12,3:12,3:12,3:06,3:07,3:06,3:04, they were hard espescially right after 12 with ricky and the race on saturday .....
but dan i now know you meant by just running and being a little freshman agian ..... gotta love it

Yeah, I had my hardest workout of the week when I took yesterday off. You don't know how painful it is mentally and physically to have to take a day off!!! I have never experienced so much torture in my life.
