Ok, I'm not certain this is the same guy, but it may be, but I found these results from Austin, good for 8th was:
Todd Howard 02:25:44 (Victoria CANADA Marathon: M 25-29)
I ran against a Todd Howard in HS and college who ran for Southern, St. Francis, and WVU. I'm wondering if he lives in Canada nowadays.

Justin, great catch, man. I wrote something up on the Auston Marathon results and sent it to the Times-News. It'd be great if it were in tomorrow's paper (or Wednesday's). Thanks for the catch. Sorry - you don't get a byline. Great link, bevj. Wish I'd had that before I submitted something to the CTN. Oh well. Here's what I sent:
Former Southern runner 8th at Austin Marathon AUSTIN, Texas -- Former Southern Garrett and West Virginia University harrier Todd Howard placed eighth overall on Sunday in the AT&T Austin Marathon. Howard, 29, finished stopped the clock in 2 hours, 25 minutes and 44 seconds, 5:06 behind winner Jacob Frey of Conshohocken, Pa. (2:20:38). Running for Team Canada, Howard averaged 5:34 per mile over the 26.2-mile distance. He was in 12th place after five miles and 11th after 20 miles. He picked up three more spots by averaging 5:31 over the final 10K (6.2 miles). There were 5,134 total finishers in the race, including 3,093 men and 2,041 women. Cool stuff guys. Todd was (and is) a very good runner and an intersting person. I knew he was in Asia studying acupuncture and "alternative" medicine. It's exciting to see how far he has gone with that.
